Entry
As we enter the house, we are inside an entry/dining area, there is a dinner table and 6 chairs (which are included) imported from Thailand and has a very sturdy glass top. All major living areas sport museum style lightning, as the current owner is very fond of art as shown.
  
Kitchen
To the right of the dining area we have the kitchen, it is very spacious, has an Italian six burner Ariston stove with broiler-oven, granite tops with a double sink, a hanging pots and pans holder, ample custom made cabinets and a center island. The center island has an oak top, sitting area, underneath storage room and drawers as well as a wine rack.
 
Pantry
Adjacent to the kitchen is the pantry area, it contains a large capacity refrigerator, custom made cabinetry, a very efficient water thermal heater, large sink and washer/dryer connections.

Additional structures
The one bedroom manager’s house has a very well appointed kitchen/dining area and a bathroom with all new fixtures and tile, adjacent to it is a working shed with basement and a small wine pool. A covered shed with a mechanics pit completes the area. |

Living room
There is a very spacious area with a fireplace, museum lights and shelves. A doorway to the garden and 3 windows allows plenty of light.
 
Bathroom
It is tiled in its entirety with high quality fixtures and an antique mirror.
 
Master bedroom
An ample ceiling to floor closet is the main attraction of the bedroom. It also houses the main electrical panel that controls all areas of the property. The queen size Simmons bed and night tables are included. One of the doors opens to the garden.
 
Guest room/office
Same closet as the master bedroom plus a window that opens to the side garden, the queen size bed is included.
Water tank area
The water tank was recently installed; a powerful pump pressurizes all insulated conduits to assure continuous water pressure.
